Who we are
Twosy Studios is the controller for the launch list on this website. Our postal address is [Add the Twosy Studios postal address]. Questions about your information go to [Add a privacy email address].
What we collect
If you join the launch list, we collect your email address and the fact that you asked us to write when the Twosy Studio is ready to buy. We do not ask for your name. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the launch form does not set a cookie.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to tell you when the Twosy Studio is ready to buy. The lawful basis is your consent. The box on the form is unchecked until you tick it. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [Add a privacy email address].
Who else sees it
We use Brevo to store the list and send that email. Brevo acts as our processor and handles the list in the European Union. We do not sell your email or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until we have sent the launch message, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your email address, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. You can also object to our use of it, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.
